It was welcoming, clean and comfortable. Great location. The bed was comfortable and I slept well! The entrance looks nice with lots of information and you can replenish free tea coffee if needed. The owner is lovely and very welcoming and friendly! I had an issue with hot water but she responded quickly and got it sorted!
These comments don’t take away from the Seascape being a lovely place to stay and I would stay again…but probably after a busy summer period, it looks a bit tired in places, and in need of a refresh (stain on ceiling in bedroom) - batteries in clocks need replacing so they tell the time - A big what looked like an empty cardboard box in hall didn’t look good. Noisy squeaky bathroom door (I fixed it with a little makeup oil) the hinges look a little rusted.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, directly across the road from the beach. The host, Shona was really friendly. 10/10 would recommend.
Nothing, it was great

The host was very friendly , and was always available to help with any question/ queries. My room was a single and very clean and tidy. It had everything I needed for my stay. The location of the property is excellent. Just minutes away from the town centre and train station and just yards from the beach.

Seascape was absolutely lovely and I definitely hope to go back again in the future 🤗 Shona and her sister were absolutely lovely to chat with and really helpful giving me lots of advice on local shops, restaurants, and the hiking path up the mountain 🤗
I was booked into a single room but after a couple of nights was able to upgrade into a bigger room with a lovely bay window overlooking the sea 🙂 I was so comfortable in there I didn’t want to leave 😂 the location is absolutely perfect right on the seafront and close to the shops, train station, and for me the parkrun 😋
I hope to return to Barmouth one day and Seascape will definitely be the first place I will look 🤗
