The staff
All were so friendly , welcoming , and cared that the guests were taken care of . Great position in the medina and the rooms were a good size. We had direct pool access and the pool was a good size with adequate sun loungers and seating areas
Some areas could do with a little update and TLC

Location is perfect for Medina. It’s VERY peaceful and quiet. Room 3 (where we stayed) was exceptionally comfortable. Staff were super friendly!

Hotel is in a good location, staff a very welcoming and helpful. Room was a good size for two people. Allowed a very late check out which was very good
Shower / steam room was broken. breakfast was pretty basic. Did not have room cleaned or new towels provided for duration of stay
