The biggest highlight was definitely the staff — Abhishek, Pooja, and Amit were extremely polite, helpful, and welcoming throughout the stay. Their hospitality truly made us feel comfortable and valued.
The food was also very tasty, and the terrace lounge area deserves a special mention. It’s beautifully decorated, has a lovely ambiance, and is a great place to relax in the evening.
Overall, great staff, delicious food, and a beautiful terrace lounge, but the hotel should definitely work on upgrading the room interiors and mattresses.”
Room furniture needs upgrading. Mattress was very uncomfortable
