The communication from The Waterfront Hotel was excellent. They were so helpful with providing breakfast for us when we had to leave c5:15am to drive back to the ferry in Belfast. The night porter had very kindly provided us hot tea, ensuring the toasting machine was on and even offered to make us a coffee to drink on our very long drive over to Belfast. The breakfasts we had were great and again, the chef and staff managing breakfast were so pleasant and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and we slept very well.
Only one small thing was that we were not able to open our room window (locked) to let a bit of air in.

Friendly staff, value for money, lovely food, clean room. Came for a break away from day to day living, felt fully rested and relaxed on getting home. Thank you to all staff, will definitely be back.

I enjoyed the breakfast, the welcome, the dining room, the evening meal, and a mention of the staff who were helpful and efficient. The atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable.
The hotel met my expectations.
