Perfect localisation
Everything was good and the staff were kind. Soundproof was good and couldn’t hear much noise from outside (our room was on a side of the room).

The property was old but we didn’t expect much as we read other reviews. I have to say that the front desk staff are wonderful people. So very helpful.
Just make sure you are not on floor 6. It is directly under the restaurant but other than that there wasn’t too much to complain about.

The person who did our check-in to the hotel was extremely nice and kind to us! Our flight got cancelled and we had to stay in a hotel nearby the airport. This place was awesome and the receptionist helped us to book the same room for another night as we had to extend our stay due the new scheduled flight. Thank you so much! We can recommend this place for sure!!
Nothing, everything was perfect!

Okay the bed was good. The shower was good as well!
The AC did not work very well. This is not the best location in Lisbon. The price did not reflect the value.
