Absolutely loved this hotel and it's excellent staff. From the minute we were welcomed in from our late night flight, we were taken such good care of by everyone from reception to cleaners to barman at the pool. This hotel far exceeded our expectations with fabulous views, lovely pool area, short walk to kamari beachfront and the best staff
It took a minute to get used to pool temperature - first world problems

What a gem of a hotel, brilliant location and beyond amazing staff. We were so well taken care of by everyone, especially the pool barman. I would highly recommend this hotel for location, value for money and general experience
Wifi was not great in bedroom and that is all I can complain about

We loved every part of our stay, and will definitely go back next year. Room perfect, staff very helpful and friendly. Loved the whole accomodation, the pool, excellent breakfast, etc etc. Fell in love with Pixie the cat, hope to see her again next year aswell.
Thank you Rivari Hotel Santorini.

The staff were friendly
The pool was great but definitely got crowded at times.
Breakfast was great, could have offered more hot options
Our rooms stank of poop, told the reception and nothing was done. We had to deal with sewage smell in the rooms all week.
