The staff were extremely helpful and the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
It was slightly run down and in need of some basic maintenance.

Rooms were able to accommodate families
Entrance into the property. Address online doesn’t match where you go to enter. There are stairs before you get up the elevator which makes it difficult with luggage

The property was well located, and the room was very good and comfortable
The elevator didn’t work the first time so we needed to go up the stairs 6 floors with luggage so it was very inconvenient

The staff were lovely and super helpful. The rooms were comfortable and cleaned each day.
The shower head was broken so it was difficult to shower properly. The fridge in the room was broken and there was only 1 socket available to charge our phones
