The amenities were great. The breakfast was great. The room was spacious and kept clean. But, most importantly, the staff was perfect. They were attentive, helpful and friendly. As a foreigner, I felt welcomed and valued.
The heating/cooling system was a bit antiquated and difficult to initiate, but once engaged it was proficient for our needs. The shower system was a bit cumbersome but better than some we encountered in Europe where, for some reason, the shower has no door or curtain causing the floors to be constantly wet and hazardous, particularly if someone (thankfully not us) has mobility issues.

A great period property that made the stay all the more special. The very short walk to the town centre was ideal and onsite parking made things very easy

The hotel is so beautiful, close to the city centre, but built around courtyards. That staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent
Everything was great. Our double room didn't have a lot of space, but that is expected in a city hotel
