Exceptional

Both the location and the services are great! Fully equipped flat away from noisy streets is a hard find in the middle of a city such as Munich. The check-in process is a little scary at first sight but it turned out to be easy and accommodating in the end.

NOT recommend - run away from this apartment !

Location was good

We booked this apartment for 6 people, for the week-end, which is quite inadequate unless you like very close proximity (only one room that stands for kitchen/dining room/bedroom, 2 sleeping mattresses on the floor) - but fine if you are 2 people. Booking at this apartment is quite stressful : you receive a HUGE email from the landlord, with a list of do's but mostly don'ts at his apartment and the associated cost if you don't respect the rules. Please note that everything you'll do is billable in this apartment (using a towel can cost you 50€) - which is quite unbelievable regarding the poor service that is offered. We've been travelling a lot, but never met quite an unfriendly host with so many rules - I've never seen such a disrespectful "welcome" email (I quote from this email just to give you a glimpse of what to expect : "As we've recently had problems with neighbors because of some guests – especially from arabian countries with many children") We had too pay a 500€ deposit for which we were asked to send our card details (please be advised you can Paypal the deposit - DO NOT send your card details), that was refunded ONE WEEK after we left the apartment even though everything was fine with the apartment when we left. During our stay we encountered a water damage, bathroom and corridor were literally flooded and we spent 1 hour cleaning the water in the apartment, with our own towels as there wasn't even a floor cloth to help us clean. I must say our host sent someone over to repair this the same afternoon. To make it short : We DO NOT recommend at all this apartment if you'd like to enjoy your Munich experience.
