Great location for my needs.
All good.

Friendly helpful staff, comfy bed and bedding, clean bathroom, very cosy bar area, limited parking. Loved the decoration for Halloween
This is a new ownership and they are working hard to get things up and running. New decor going on throughout. This will be the place to go ( bare with them) There hearts are in the right place.
1 st room offered wasn't very clean, owner moved us to a cleaner room.
TV in room didn't have a signal, ( they did try to sort)
Restaurant wasn't open and won't be for some time as being refurbished ( was able to recommend places to eat locally, or get a takeaway away and bring to bar, they would supplied cutlery etc)

Since this hotel was taken over it'a been given a mini makeover. The room was large the bed was very comfortable.

Clean, if a little dated
Like others have reported. Was told at check-in that there was no booking from booking.com and I had no reservation. After showing the book app confirmation, I was told that hadn’t come through to the hotel. I was given a room, not the one I had booked, but beware. Others have had to pay at the desk and try and get funds back awards
