My husband and I needed a little getaway just for the two of us, so we looked for an affordable place with breakfast included and close to the beach. We chose Hotel Azzurra, and it was such a lovely experience! Everything felt warm and welcoming, and we felt safe, comfortable, and enjoyed the privacy we needed. It was the perfect little escape to reconnect and enjoy quality time together. We would definitely recommend it and come back again.
The only minor inconvenience was that the power went out several times, possibly due to the rainy weather. However, I understand these things can happen during the rainy season, and I was impressed by how quickly the backup power was restored each time, usually in less than 30 seconds. The staff seemed well prepared to handle the situation promptly.

The staff were wonderful! very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I stayed for two nights with my Chihuahua, and we both felt very welcome. Although the pool is small, it is perfectly adequate for a refreshing dip. The property is located in an area that can be a little noisy at times, but the patio offers a surprisingly peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, I had a lovely stay and appreciated the warm hospitality!
The bedroom door locks felt rather basic and did not inspire much confidence, while the balcony doors could not be locked from the inside. As a female solo traveler, this made me feel somewhat uneasy and was a concern for my peace of mind.
