Comfortable bed in a clean, quiet area near Seoul station. Perfect for one night.
The tiny room had nowhere to open my bag except on the bed. I would have liked a jug to boil water.

Room was clean and decent size. Staff were helpfull, was able to pay to check in early. Good value for money and close to Seoul Station and subway.
The hotel has no elevator.

The location was great. 2 mins walk from the exit 12 Seoul subway station, elevator from subway to street level is a bonus.
Arriving at the hotel at 0030 was very safe, well lit, and easy to find even with google Maps. Easy machine check-in.
The hotel has no lift, only 4 floors stairwell is slim width and small steps.
Rooms are tiny, but the beds are comfortable, and rooms and bathrooms are clean, quiet, and with opening windows, air conditioning, fan dint feel uncomfortable for 4 people even in summer. Fridge in room with complimentary water, public use microwave and water fountain, and small outside deck/smokers pit.
The bathroom was tiny with shower/washbasin/toilet all in one, but it was manageable for the 10 hours we stayed.
Would not suggest 4 adults to stay or if there are more than 2-3 pieces of luggage.
