Convenient location to Tirana airport. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite upon check in. The restaurant, for dinner, was average. Breakfast was yummy, generous and service was excellent.
Dinner service in restaurant not great and food overpriced.

Great location for early morning flight. Spotlessly clean and large comfortable room. Bathroom was very large. Staff were excellent and accommodating.
Restaurant seemed to have some issues with service though the food was great.

The hotel lobby is very nice. Very spacious with an atrium. Directly across the street from the Tirana International Airport. It's very convenient if you're taking an early morning flight.

Ark Hotel. Good good on the surface BUT they were unable to provide heat or extra heater for the room. We both had to sleep in our cloths. Not a good night. I asked for a refund for the night.
