We stayed in room 3 and the view over the harbour was supurb. The bed was very big and comfortable. Ensure was lovely and clean and well stocked. Parking was close by.
The only points we would make would be the stairs to our room were steep, but the view made it worthwhile. The noise from other rooms could annoy some people.

Location and happy hour
Very basic, looked tired and shower was held together with tape and when water was on it leaked.
