Good location, close to the metro and supermarkets. Good value for money and comfortable. It has everything you need.
The space is quite small. It’s basically a double hotel room with a kitchenette. There is no lift, which wasn’t a problem for me, but it’s worth keeping in mind.

I love that part of London and regularly use it as a base. This property is perfectly located near Bayswater and Hyde Park. I loved the key collection which was seemless. The kitchen area had everything I needed for my 2 day work stay.
The extractor fans (I was in basement flat) were loud and did not shut off at all which made sleep hard the first night. I slept better the second night as I got used to it.

Very good location, close to the underground and many restaurants/shops. The staff sends detailed information before departure that is very useful and clear. Visually the room looks nice and is clean.
The room was tiny, which was expected. What was not expected was the unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom ventilation. The main light was flickering and very loud. The bed was not very comfortable (too hard, the pillows as well).
