The room, while compact, was clean and bright. Staff were helpful. Plus location was a short walk to the ropeway. We rode the ropeway and did part of the temple walk.
Hotel had a nice guest lounge on the 9th floor, where we enjoyed the quiet and the view over the water.
Nothing comes to mind

Exceptionally pleasant location and nice new hotel feel. Staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating
Getting help to find lost item was very average. How hard is it to interrupt and check if an item left behind could still be in a room?

The room was spacious enough, and the value for money was excellent compared with other hotels I had looked at in the area. The location was good, with a beautiful view of the harbor. The staff were very kind and helpful.
It would be nice if the restaurant offered a Western-style breakfast option, but it’s not a major issue.

the room is clean
the room is unbearably tight, no place to open the luggage, double bed is pushed against the wall so one person has to climb over the other to get to the rest room which is also very very tiny
