About this villa rental
Fantastic villa with pool in an elevated area on the outskirts of Sineu, a few minutes walk from the town center. It has all the comforts, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with TVsat, flat screen TV, air conditioning and WIFI internet access. It has 4 rooms, of which 2 are on the main floor along with 2 bathrooms and 2 rooms on the ground floor with en suite bathrooms. The pool is large (11x5), sunny all day and from its terraces you can enjoy unbeatable views. Ideal for families and tourists in general, who want a spacious and comfortable place, with good views and sunny throughout the day.
Sineu is an old town with a lot of history, where you can find interesting old buildings. It is a gastronomic reference, both for Majorcans and for those who visit the island. It is very well connected to all areas of the island, making it an ideal starting point for all types of holiday activities and, therefore, a very good choice to enjoy your stay on the island.

The whole experience was great. The hosts were a lovely couple who were great with communication throughout the booking process and met us upon arrival and when we were leaving the villa. The villa was super clean and with air-con in each room. The hosts also provided a travel cot and a high chair for our 10 month year old.It is in a great location and the true highlight was the pool area which again was super clean. Would recommend to everyone!

We had a great week in in a property that was perfect and lived up to all our expectations. The property owners could not have been more helpful and made sure that we were happy at all times. Not only is it a wonderful property, but the location in Sineu was a perfect base for exploring the island. Sineu is also a lovely unspoilt town that had much to offer.
