This is definitely a 3star hotel- a solid 3. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We were always greeted with a hello and a goodbye. When we left early in the morning the gentleman on reception even waited in the dark with us to make sure we got in the right taxi.
Unfortunately we were there over a long weekend (not realising beforehand) and so priced right across Busan were inflated- normally I would say this place was value for money but not at the long weekend prices.
Having said that it was comfortable, clean and safe. There wasn’t any noise from the street, but there was someone above us who sounded like they did aerobic each morning and night. The sound proofing between rooms is great just not from above- not much the hotel can do about noisy guest though.
It was easy to check in and out.

I liked the location and the large bathroom. The staff were very friendly also.
There were some maintenance needs that should be taken care of, including a leaking sink and outlets that were broken.

The room was very spacious, the hotel staff was helpful, and it has a good location.
The room we stayed in was not soundproof at all. We could hear other rooms chatting, setting their ac, and taking a bath. We tried to sleep and there was constant water sound coming into our room.
