Fantastic location, very close to Sigiriya rock, restaurants all along the road. Very quiet and relaxed.
Incredible staff, dropped me in the tuktuk to Sigiriya rock for sunrise climb. Assisted with booking elephant safari & onwards transport. Breakfast included was very nice. They really couldn’t do anymore for you.

I loved the effort put into creating a relaxing atmosphere with spacious rooms & the seating on the verandah outside the room.
I also loved the traditional effects eg the tree stumps used in the stair railings. And, all the plants.
As for the lovely local breakfast served - a pancake filled with a honey/coconut mix on top of a hopper, an omelette, lots of fresh fruit. Then you could help yourself to tea/coffee, toast & jam. Delicious.
The staff were hospitable, friendly & kind.
As they say, it's situated super close to Lion Rock, & plenty of local restaurants.
Nothing at all.

The host was very helpful and kind. The location was good. It was clean.
The bathroom could use some renovation but it was the same as the pictures
