The staff were very accommodating, helpful and friendly. The location, although a bit noisy due to car traffic, was really good. You had shops. restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby and 5 minutes up the road was the Metro Station where you could travel to all the main tourist locations.

The location was perfect, too close to metro station and close to the apartment there was a bus directly to colosseum. the apartment was clean and comfortable.

The host was polite friendly and replied almost immediately to our questions.

Spacious enough and very good shower.
Guilio didn't turn up outside the building as prearranged to let me in, and I had to ask a resident for help. The address on the website is just the street number of a huge apartment building, but the rooms are on the 6th floor and accessed from the back. There is no signage at all.
There was a foul odour from pipes,I think, at times.
I was overcharged with the city tax.
