Wonderful stay . Highly recommend

Relaxing area. Comfortable property.

Unprofessional service.

The fact that it offered enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our intended party together with the use of a swimming pool and terrace.

Service, or lack of, from Gran Canaria Stays, the agent for the villa. Wednesday, 72 hours before our arrival, I messaged Pablo advising that there was only 2 people travelling and not 3, and asked if they had a smaller, alternative property suitable for the 2 of us. Thursday, 48 hours before our arrival,Pablo messaged to advise us that the pool was unavailable and would offer compensate ( his words ). We did not want compensate, we wanted a pool to sit by and relax for the week we had booked. Despite several phone calls, messages from ourselves and booking.com, Pablo did not respond. Upon arrival on the 22nd, still nothing had been resolved in the way of compensation from Gran Canaria Stays (Pablo). I waited outside the premises for an hour, whilst on the phone with booking.com trying to resolve the issue, which proved unsuccessful. We decided to book alternative accommodation for the week that offered the pool that we wanted and chose not to check in. Pablo (Gran Canaria Stays) cancelled our reservation the next stay, stating a no show. Later that evening, I went onto the Gran Canaria Stays website to check availability for our cancelled property, and it was available to book from the Monday. Simply put, a very bad experience overall from Pablo of Gran Canaria Stays. Booking.com had tried to contact Pablo on several occasions but proved unsuccessful. We plan to pursue for a refund as we bookedvand paid for a service that was not provided.

Very nice stay. Would stay again.

The space was as advertised. Plenty of room for our family of 4. For the price, I didn't mind so much that we were far from most attractions. We rented a car, so we could get everywhere faster. The location of the unit is right by the pool. However, we didn't use the pool because it was freezing.

The shower floor didn't feel/look clean. Also the drain was very slow to drain, so I was standing in water as I showered.

A home from home with pool, to totally chill

spacious, peaceful, thoughtfully provisioned, comfortable, had everything we needed & Pablo was lovely

There wasn’t anything as it was as advertised, In an ideal world a view would’ve been lovely but would have cost more so we made a good choice to forgo it.
