Friendly staff, in a nice Gethsemni location, walking distant from Old City. Relaxing pool area.
Nothing specific.

The property is in a very convenient location, it is charming & historic. All of the linens were nice, the bed and pillows comfortable. The staff were absolutely wonderful, so hospitable. Wil at the front desk was super friendly and helpful, all of the front desk staff were helpful and kind to me, housekeeping did a great job and were also very kind and hospitable and Esther and Ana at breakfast were fun, played great music and provided a delicious breakfast daily. Best staff at a hotel in all of my recent travels. I felt like I was coming home at the end of my days in Cartagena.
I have no complaints.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, it is an old building that was restored well. Room was very comfortable. Finally it is an excellent location.
That I couldn't stay longer (was here for work).
