Accommodation is in a lovely setting with great views from most properties. Staff were really helpful from arriving at reception to being welcomed with a smile by the bar staff, even the Chef checked in with us a few times to make sure our party was all happy. Entertainment on the Saturday evening was brilliant and all 18 people in our party have said they would return.
one small gripe....Parking is limited with one space per chalet / lodge and the spaces themselves are really tight. There was no space at reception to park which is meant as the overflow so we had to leave 2 cars in "non-designated spaces" but it would not deter us from staying again.

The views were amazing. Also enjoyed the hot tub.
Staff did not come across very friendly over the phone and it always felt awkward contacting them to ask about a bbq and when we mentioned late check out which was agreed ahead of visit the staff seemed abit off about it.

The beds were comfy and the caravan overall cosy. The spa facilities were very nice.
It’s quite hilly and there isn’t much within walking distance. Also you can’t book any spa treatments/services like it said
