A refund on rate is and was not issued when booked rom was not provided and management promised a refund would be issued. At check out the clerk said they had no notes in the system. I would like to claim the refund on the rate. Please call me if you have any questions

Overall it was good stay. Great customer service, staff are super friendly and accommodating and housekeeping did an excellent job. Room was cleaned regularly and felt clean.
Breakfast was underwhelming for the price point and as a result I didn’t want to try any other meals.

Breakfast was good value….although the service was slow at times.
Breakfast menu needs to be written clearer & some evening food could be hotter instead of being brought to the table luke warm.

"The property was beautiful, everything was on point including the room, just having a pool plus a beach that’s a blessing to me"
