parking
Many stairs and very steep, dangerous, not according with building standard(I am engineer)
Very noisy from the street.
The entire building was shaiking when a track was passing on the street, not easy to sleep.
Breakfast average
My room was under the roof and I hit my head several times

We had a junior suite with two balconies so was very spacious, so plenty of roaming space; also had a parking space and a decent breakfast , albeit not particularly extensive on both days. The pool area and pool itself were a good place to enjoy / chill after a few hours sightseeing.
A big shout out to Delia on reception who was very helpful, charming and had great English - she was a joy and made us feel very welcome.
The only downside was the suite was on the main road but not a huge issue.

The hotel location is ideal , a short walk away from the city walls, and we had a great view from our window.
Stuff if very helpful and accommodating.
The only negative from our perspective was the pool temperature. It was really cold till late afternoon.

The room was big
We could try their outdoor jacuzzi (no extra charge)
Staff was nice
1st night we could not sleep until late because of a party that took place somewhere in the hotel, there is no isolation so we could hear all the noise until late. I would have appreciated being informed about it before so I could have the right to refuse going to the hotel (where is the 4* service?)
Mattress and pillows were horribly uncomfortable
We literally had to ask for shower gel and toilet paper as they forgot to add it.. (again 4* service lacking)
Last negative point - breakfast as the food quality was poor for a 4* hotel
