The location was great but the cost of breakfast was very high so we opted to find a place nearby.
Our window opened to a construction site a few feet away. Workers started arriving about 07:30 and it was easy to tell they were there. Trying to sleep beyond 8am was impossible.

Friendliness of morning staff (Marta) and location (within walking distance to everything we wanted to visit)
Breakfast room was somewhere else (quite close, though). There was no lounge or place to relax, except the bedroom. Bedroom was small enough.

Fantastic location! The staff were all very friendly and helped with any questions we had.
Rooms are on the small side, but expected for a city hotel.
