The main bedroom has the most magnificent view on three sides: the harbour on the left, the beach and sea on the right. It’s on the 20th floor, so there can be few places in Durban with a better view.
Parking requires first to stop temporarily in Albert Terrace to check-in at the lobby, where you are given a key fob, before driving around the building to the garage entrance at 180 Mahatma Gandhi Rd and opening the gate. Drive up the narrow ramps & look for your given parking bay number on the ground. From there, the key fob also gives access to the good elevators.
Security from the Spinnaker, uShaka Marine World and southeast is fine. But do not walk northwest to the centre.

Friendly reception attendant and friendly and helpful parking attendant who came to our rescue with an alternative parking bay when it transpired that the parking bay allocated to us was suitable only for tiny cars and our double cab would never fit. We always felt safe, even when walking to and from the beach and parking and building security was good.
The environment is surprisingly noisy when you are 17 floors up, which means that you can't really sleep with the windows open for ventilation and you have to rely on the aircon. Fortunately, this was effective and reasonably quiet.

Everything is perfect,clean ,next to the beach and Ushaka Marine. My kids enjoyed a lot and i will definitely book again.

it was clean, no smell, good towels
small cockroaches s, kitchen by sink/stove very dark. no complimentary tea/coffee.
bathroom very dark should install light by sink on the wall.
