This is basic but clean and comfy hence the price! Great location and tasty breakfast but the highlight for us was the lovely host Robin who was so friendly and kind.

The breakfast was certainly enough. The host was willing to accommodate with anything. The location was near to everything.
The furnishings were dated and would have preferred it to be on-suite.

"Very clean. Great communication. Felt welcome. Lovely breakfast. Don’t be put off by the shared bathrooms. There are plenty of them, and kept very clean."
