location, cleanliness and free bottled water a really nice touch.
cheaper early check in fee as we arrived 10am but decided to just leave our bags.

Coffe and tea room service could do better as not enough tea bags or sugar but not a major issue.
All was very good, nothing not to like

The hotel is in a perfect location, right on Dlugi Targ (Long Market) with all the restaurants and shops right there. It was a fairly quiet room but could hear the clock tower chime every hour - not much you can do about that and you expect a little noise right in the city centre! Everywhere was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good .
Nothing. I see that the spa is closed, it would have been nice to have that.

Location is good, quite close to the Fontana Neptuna and easy to access Gdańsk Główny on foot or by tram.
It will be much nicer to mention the room as a side room. It comes with a connection door to the next room and it affects the sound insulation effect.
