Excellent stay! Building is historical and very interesting, rooms are renovated to be clean and comfortable. View from our window was amazing, we could see the valley and the castle wall was right there. Check-in was easy, received a code for lock box with keys in a timely manner so we could have flexible arrival. Room is on the small side but feels very appropriate given the small size of the historical centre. Easy to sleep with the comfortable bed and quiet room. Heating with the radiator was easy to adjust as needed. Bathroom functioned well, no concerns. Appreciated the room’s kettle and coffee machine with plenty of mugs. Location is exceptional, you’re within the medieval walls and walking distance to all the amazing places in town. We used public transport to arrive and leave, and found the distance from the train and bus terminal to be reasonable. Overall would definitely return if I’m ever back in beautiful Rothenburg ob der Tauber, and would highly recommend the guesthouse.
Nothing, I loved the stay. Do note that there is no elevator or lift given the old nature of the building. Personally I enjoyed the wooden stairs, but for those with mobility concerns this may not be the best fit.

We received the check in information in advance. The room was very cozy with a great view and quiet. Coffee in the morning was perfect.

Just amazing! The location is unbeatable, just next to the most photographed spot of the romantic route, the quality of the apartment is excellent, and the host is super friendly and even allowed my expensive bike inside.
