Friendly,very helpful staff, clean comfortable room.
Good continental breakfast.
No secure luggage store, unable to leave cases for an hour or so after key drop off before our train time. Although luggage store was mentioned in information.No reception staff in the morning and front door locked after guests leave after 10am until the hotel/bar opening time.

Everything was great apart from the room being really cold when we arrived.
The heating was on in the evening so we were comfortable.

Rooms were great and clean
It was cold. Appreciate the hotel wasn’t full but given the family rooms are quite large for little ones, the heating not being on in the night made it really cold for kids.
