About this apartment rental
Mariners Watch 306 is a beautiful three bedroom condo where you'll enjoy stunning views from inside the unit, as well as outside on the sizable balcony. Through the double sliding doors in the living room, you have a sweeping view of the bay and the evening sunsets, plus you overlook the boats in the harbor and Fish Tales Restaurant. The hallway and living areas have beautifully tiled floors, while the bedrooms are carpeted. This spacious condo features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, washer and dryer, four televisions and internet access. Accommodating up to eight guests, the primary and 2nd bedrooms feature king beds, the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed plus a twin bunk bed. Parking is under the building, and there is an outdoor pool located on the south side. Conveniently located at a light with a crosswalk, and just a short walk to the beach and famous Ocean City Boardwalk. In addition to being adjacent to Fish Tales, there are numerous other eateries close by, miniature golf courses, and the Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park.
Guest must provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Please note the bunk bed room is movies only, no cable.
Non-smoking, non-vaping.. This property rents any three nights.

I am wheelchair-bound and the layout and wide hallway made it easy for me to maneuver around the condo. The sunsets over the bay were incredible! Howevever, because of my disability, the main reason that I rented this condo was the elevator and the described and pictured beige recliners. I need to sit and sleep in a recliner. The recliner sofa was replaced by a brand new, very nice sofa, love seat and chair. I could not sleep in them or in a bed. I napped in fits and starts all week and unfortunately returned home exhausted and in pain. I really was unable to enjoy my vacation because of this. However, my daughter, her husband, my two grandchildren, and my husband enjoyed the place very much. Descriptions and pictures MUST be updated whenever a change is made. You never know what changes and seeming improvements can affect a renters vacation. Also, (and this is minor), I asked if the condo had a crockpot. AI could not tell me so I did not bother asking about an electric frying pan, mixer and other small kitchen appliances. I brought them, but didn't need to. Again, the place was beautiful and perfect for the rest of my family. For me, it ended up being a punishment vs. a vacation.
