Breakfast was ordinary. The location is perfect.
There were basically nobody there including any service staff and had to go out to take dinner!

Neat and very clean. And very responsive to requests. They arranged a very good car for pick and drop from Kochi airport and for local use.
Some of the towels were old and frayed and need to be replaced.

Staff were good. cheerful.
Room was good size again as it was the suite room.
Cleanliness was good overall.
Location of the property was very good and near to a lot of shops and restaurants.
provisions such as tooth brush, shampoo, slippers etc..supplied in the room was for single occupancy however, I booked suit room for 2 guests.
Breakfast was very unsatisfactory. There was limited food options and the food was not warm enough, there was no selection for juices and there were no fruits.
no cereals were available, all-in-all there's room for a lot of improvement.
