About this house rental
Spacious two bedrooms with king and two twins. Two full bathrooms. Open floor design for a comfortable and fun space to relax and enjoy good company. Fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. Keyless entry to the house with a unique code for each stay.
Everything you need for the beach, including towels, beach chairs, and a cooler for you to use during your stay. Washer and dryer on-site in a private laundry room (not shared with other unit). Fully fenced in yard. The house has high-speed wifi internet and boasts two large flat screen smart TVs with Netflix and basic cable.
The property is a duplex in a residential neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac, about 20 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale airport and nearly 30 minutes from Miami International Airport. Easy drive to downtown Miami and Fort Lauderdale with express lane access (Sun Pass with rental car option).
The house is within a mile from Gulfstream Park, which has a horse race track, casino, and outdoor shopping village. There are a variety of restaurants & bars there as well. It is only about 2 miles from the nearest beach as well as the popular Aventura Mall.
The Aventura mall is one of the biggest and best in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale metropolitan area and has many popular stores such as Apple. There are also many restaurants there, as well as a high end gym called Equinox.
The house is also very close to Hollywood, with its old Florida charm and its famous beach broadwalk. Under 10 minutes drive.

Positives: Home was clean and comfortable. Great price for a 2 bed/2 bath home. Very responsive owner/host. Pet friendly! Located close (5 minutes) to Aventura Mall and relatively close (10 minutes) to the beach depending on lights and traffic.To consider: Home is close to RR tracks, but the home has newer impact windows, so noise did not disturb us during the day or wake us up at night. Home is a duplex, but we never saw or heard our neighbor the entire stay! Home is located in a nice working class neighborhood of single family homes, but the street this house is located on a street of duplex homes that appeared to mostly be rentals. Unfortunately not all the immediate neighbors maintained their homes or yards as well as this home, but we never felt unsafe.I encourage you to read all the posts and reach out to the owner/host if you have any questions. As you will read this is a great spot for many people, but if you’re looking for a typical beach vacation house it might not be exactly what you are expecting.

This place is clean and really close to shops nearby. It is also close the Aventura train station. The communication with the owner was excellent and it was a good stay for the weekend.

The house was clean and had a great layout. The neighborhood was quite and easy to get to plenty of shops.
