Friendly and helpful personnel. Quite nice breakfast. Location close to subway station enabling quick connection to city center. AC in the room, and clean bathroom.
The room had a slanted roof, which limited the available space slightly. Only one elevator, which could get busy at times.

Our third time :) This hotel became our go-to place in Munich thanks to its convenient location in a “”normal” life and pleasant neighbourhood, well connected to public means and daily food shops.

location and staff are nice. but some basics are missing.
I would have appreciated water and kettle, with cups in the room ( even with extra charge ).
