I really appreciated the warm welcome, the genuine smiles, and the kindness of the staff, especially Zainab, who truly stood out for her exceptional hospitality, attentiveness, and willingness to help. Her kindness, professionalism, and thoughtful support made me feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of throughout my stay. I am particularly grateful for her outstanding service.
I also loved the hotel’s convenient location, just a short distance from the metro station, which made getting around very easy.
The only downside was the slow elevators, which sometimes resulted in longer waiting times and made moving around the hotel less convenient.

Amazing customer service. We were very happy to have had an upgrade.
The lifts. We got stuck in the lifts, rang the bell 🔔 and didn’t get an answer until the doors eventually opened. The lift was shaking and it was scary. We did tell the house keeper supervisor and a concierge member about it.
The restaurant on the 8th floor took our food order however put all the furniture shortly after without apologies for the noise, put the big fan on full force of us. The restaurant manager did absolutely nothing about it after we spoke to him.
We also felt that 65 Der
was a crazy price for a glass of Red wine. We had paid much less in 5 star restaurants.
The breakfast buffet was very average.
