About this house rental
Available for rent from Easter through mid-October.
This is a tastefully decorated and elegant “family home”—interior renovation completed in the spring of 2011 - Stunning 180° ocean view - Large living area with breathtaking ocean views from two sides, featuring a sitting area, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with an island and a dining nook; Bedroom with a nightstand - Large master bedroom, 2 windows facing the sea, and a large 160-size bed - Small bedroom with 2 single beds - TVplus + International channels + Radio - Safe - Outdoor shower - 2 parking spaces for 4 cars - Maintenance and reception by the staff; highly reliable - The famous Palombaggia Beach (crystal-clear water and clean sand) 4-minute walk ☆ - Charming garden surrounding the house - Patio of approximately 50 m² (with a bench, lounge chairs, armchairs, a table, and a coffee table) a waterfall (see photo) that fills with water in the spring and fall - A 4-stremma plot in a beautiful and sheltered location, an area designated as “noteworthy” by public authorities -
Detached annex built in 2016—available for rent under certain conditions if more space is needed (but rest assured that the annex is never rented out: without neighboring tenants). Large room with a sea view featuring a large 160 bed + an adjoining bathroom framed by large windows overlooking the maquis + kitchen + terrace.
Or a house over 100 m² that sleeps 10 people, but is rented out only for 5 (main house) and 2 (annex).
Prices (excluding July and August) may vary depending on the number of guests.
Note: I would like to communicate as much as possible with my future guests.
☆ Regarding the path leading to the beach: During peak season, the path is closed for your comfort (except for guests and owners) and to regulate foot traffic.
