nice location
bath room was not in good shape, mold in shower, broken mirror and sink. Booking stated parking there was none at all needed an hour to find one.

Location was fantastic, not far from the Spanish steps and good central point for making your way to other landmarks/shopping/eateries
The welcome was great, very friendly and helpful!
The room had a few dusty spots and the bidet was blocked
