Beautiful property in a lovely setting on the hill overlooking the sea and islands and just a short 5 minute walk down to the beach or into town. The rooms were large, and with a massive balcony. The owner and his cats were very friendly.
We expected the location to be quiet but unfortunately it suffered from the loud thumping music from the beach clubs below until the early hours of the morning, so a back room would be preferable if this bothers you. The restaurant here which was highly recommended was closed (end of September) which was unexpected and it would have been good to know this in advance. In that respect a kettle in the room would have been handy.

Really nice stay in Ksamil. We were upgraded to a better room without extra charge. Beautiful view and sunset from the 2nd floor balcony. Really clean.
There was no personnel on the premises but we got around by ourselves. :) Big issue for me as an animal lover was a big population of cats that can obviously breed uncontrollably.

The location was stunning and if you go during high season when everything is open is would be much nicer. Unfortunately during our trip not much was open in the guest house. The water was also not very warm for showers. The staff were really quite pleasant and when asked arranged a kettle for us.
