Unit 62- 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium. | This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom fully renovated Gulf front condo is located on the 6th floor of our Grand Tower Building. The full view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and our white sandy beach can be seen from this unit, which is perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 4 people. The bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds and a 43" flat screen TV . The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, a coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo has tile throughout and also has a 55" TV in the living room with Direct TV service as well. It is beautifully furnished with an open balcony and the most spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico which will make your stay a memorable one.Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.

View is a 5 ! The condo was spacious for a 1 bed 1 bath. Good amenities and clean. Rating is a 4.5 and highly recommended. The cabinets are a bit tired, other than this, it’s a great place to stay. Pools and beach are great and location on island is convenient.
