The location in Block C was excellent, within easy walking distance of the beach and town, with a supermarket just a few hundred metres away. The double bed was very comfortable, the apartment was clean on arrival, and there was plenty of storage space. The pool area was spacious,and extremely clean and the pool staff were extremely friendly. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, and we experienced no issues with nighttime noise from the restaurants and bars within the complex.
Although the apartment was clean on arrival, it is starting to show signs of neglect. One of the table seats needs repairing, and the sofa is looking worn and could benefit from a deep clean. The washing machine was particularly disappointing, as it appeared to have mould inside and left our clothes covered in little black particles after use.
The shower has excellent water pressure, but due to the way it is installed, using it above halfway results in water flooding across the bathroom floor. We worked out how to manage it, but it is a shame you cannot enjoy a powerful shower without soaking the bathroom.
Having stayed in many apartments across Europe booked through Booking.com, we found the provisions very basic. Only two toilet rolls, four towels and hand soap were provided, with no cleaning products or even a bottle of water. A few extra essentials would make the apartment feel more welcoming.
Communication and information could also be improved. We received no reply to our initial message through the Booking.com app, although a text message was promptly answered. There was no information in the apartment explaining how to access the pool, so we had to ask at reception. Check-in and check-out themselves were, however, straightforward thanks to the access codes provided.
The apartment is on the second floor, but we couldn't get the lifts to work and never saw them being used, so we presume they were out of order. Again not an issue for us, but if you had mobility issues its something to consider.
Building renovations were underway during our stay, with work starting at 9 am, which we were not informed of before or after booking.On some days, jackhammering in one of the apartments caused vibrations throughout the building and continued for much of the day. This could be disruptive if you wanted to relax or lie in. However, we were usually up early and heading out, so it didn't really affect us. This could not be heard from the pool.

Apartment was beautiful and clean. Plenty of space and close to all local night life. I felt comfortable in the property. The kitchen had all the equipment to cook.
We didn’t have the codes to get in the apartment or of where our apartment was on arrival. But the issue was soon sorted. Also would have preferred a double bed.

Tried to contact on numerous occasions could not get out on balcony as door was broken arrived 1 hour before our departure to fix it
