The location, facilities.
Booking was for my parents, especially to use the SPA facilities. Unfortunately it was very crowded as the outside guests were also accepted. The came especially for this services and weren’t able to use them.

Mountains, bobsled
A lot: old furniture, bath door not closing, smell in the room, worst bed I found in a long time.
If you have small kids looking for a playground or some area with games forget it, look elsewhere.
