We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.

We stayed in the Tower at Palm Bay Siesta Key The space was comfortable and decorated nicely. Our view was onto the back side of the property not beach front but was still very nice. The beach was easily accessible & the complementsry beach chairs are wonderful. The free trolley or the Frog Hopper (tips only) are wonderful ways to get around the key. The Bayside pool was a lovely place to relax & experience nature. Certainly would stay again.
