We have stayed here many times over the past 35 years. The location, view and breakfast are unbeatable! Even with current street construction underway directly in front of hotel, staff makes every effort to accommodate access to and from hotel.
The property is in need of a discerning eye, updates, touch up's in room, chips on furniture, nicks, poor grout work in our bathroom. Marble tub high, hard to enter & exit without concern of slipping.

This hotel was amazing. It was beautiful. Had a great location. Amazing views!!!
The suite was perfect for our needs. We were three people traveling together and we needed another bed in the room. The room was big and it had two bathrooms which made it so much easier for us. The staff was so helpful and accommodating
There was not one thing that was bad about this hotel. It was so grand.

Wonderful place! Gorgeous interiors, kind and helpful staff and excellent breakfast. We were very pleased with our Superior Double Room. Sunset from the roof terrace was amazing!
There were construction work going on on the promenade, which downgraded the exterior environment a bit - but the hotel wasn't responsible for that.

No coffee machine, instant coffee (£340 a night in Italy without one very poor), no milk had to call twice
