helpful staff, clean place and outstanding location of the hotel.
I have taken a non-smoking room, still, they allowed smoking in the balcony. I had a hard time with the smoking of adjacent rooms. I could not enjoy setting in the balcony neither open the balcony door while I am inside.

Location is convenient. My room has a great view of Eiger.
The room deco & furnishings don’t look like a 4-star hotel. Breakfast is average.

The room with a view was unbeatable. The location in town, staff excellent. The pool is amazing. It was expensive, but it was a treat.
