Lovely big room with opening french windows down a few steps to the garden and pool. Receptionists were always most helpful
The facilities in the room need improving as the provision of cutlery, glasses and crockery is minimal. There needs to be a collapsible 2nd luggage stand as there is plenty of space. Breakfasts have a very minimal choice with no eggs or fruit, served on the first day to last for 5 days, with daily top-up of fresh bread and juice. The garden was taken over by a Michelin 1* pop-up restaurant next door on several evenings - there was no mention of this happening beforehand by either staff or the B.com descriptions. All the residents were extremely annoyed by this intrusion. The small pool is hardly deep enough to swim in and is really a big sized paddling pool for children. Poor vfm for this below par 4* 'hotel'

Amazing location not in the centre of Lisbon, but close enough to see all the attractions and get the true vibe of living in this amazing city. With so many hills to climb when seeing the sites it was like an oasis returning to our accommodation for a relaxing dip in the pool and sample the amazing local wines available to buy by the bottle at reception. The host couldn't do enough to help and provide tips. There aren't restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but a 10 minute walk will take you to some lovely local restaurants in Graca Square and just around the corner from the restaurants are amazing views over Lisbon. If you are looking for something away from the tourist precinct up the hill but close enough to walk down to the central area. This is the place. The rooms with a garden access are a must if you like using the pool. Otherwise the pool can only be accessed when the reception is open.
Walking up the hill after a day exploring, however a taxi from the centre only costs 5 to 10 euro and there are public transport options nearby if you don't feel upto the walk.

Beautiful high ceiling, bright spacious rooms. Backyard is lovely and relaxing with the pool. Breakfast and items supplied was very thoughtful.😊
Lots of steps and steep hills around but we needed the exercise.

Very nice apartments. Well furnished. Good lighting. Nice bathtub.
Our apartment had trouble with electric supply twice. The first time for more than an hour. Was sorted out eventually. Then it happened again late at night. We managed to turn the electricity on by ourselves that time. But the problem seems to be with the electric load. Both times when the electric supply failed, the shower was on with the room heater also on at the same time.
The hot water is very temperamental. Lasts for around 15 minutes at best and takes a while to heat up again.
The apartments are not very sound proof. And you can hear sounds of the plumbing from within the walls. All night long , I could hear the sounds of the water running from the plumbing pipes whenever someone in the next apartment would turn on the water or shower or something etc.
Lastly, the reception desk. Was closed at 5pm on our first day when it should be open till 6pm according to their information. Secondly, very cold vibes from the lady at the reception desk. Just not a very positive interaction. As if she wasn't happy to be there or as if we were doing something wrong.
We had paid an extra 50 euro for a late check out at 2pm, and our mistake we were 15 minutes late checking out but very hostile behaviour from the reception lady. Attempting to unlock our apartment at exactly 2 pm and then being very rude and pointing to the clock that we're 15 minutes over and forcing the housekeeping staff in while me and my wife were still in the room.
I get it. Yes. It was 2pm.
But a slight delay can occur and this is not the way to address it or deal with clients.
We were made to feel like we were doing something illegal or were living there for free.
Just not a very warm experience.
