Hotel Sur surprised me for it's price point. Really well located and good friendly staff. Room a bit on the small side but good enough for a single traveller. Surrounded by restaurants, cafes etc - right in the middle of things. My room was backwards facing so no issues with noise.
Breakfast was very basic. Shower had a bit of an overflow but not a major issue. The entertainment downstairs was a bit meh but fine if you are ok with a bit of amateur fun. Not a downside but both the hotel and Cala Bono generally is very brit retiree heavy and the beach is not much to write home about.

The location is perfect. All the staff were really friendly and efficient. The pool area is lovely.
The only thing that didnt suit us was that the bathroom was very small, the toilet being too close to the sink, especially for a tall person. However it wouldnt stop us coming again.

Location
The doorknob was missing from the bathroom door. We could not close the door, I mentioned it at the reception but they could not do anything... There was no toilet paper in the room. Old building for one night it is ok, for longer stay choose something else.
