the staff, the food (except…), the free bus service to GPO (and the cable car service).
The Lodge not proper BBQ, should be grilling on the spot not beforehand. No in room dining.

The location is excellent as it's not too crowded and also very nearby to the premium outlet. The heated pools were great and also has a slide for kids to have fun and the facility is well maintained.
We did this holiday on the eve of our anniversary and we specifically requested for high rise floor, however the receptionist fooled us saying the balcony isn't available for floors above 11, however we realised that the all the floors until 28 had balcony.
We had pre-paid for our Breakfast and then we realised that they charged us for 6yo kid additional 30Ringett, although its small amount but not value for money, The spread was boring and quality of food was 3/5.
The Bathroom didn;t have many of the basic cosmetics, one shower gel for everything, no soap, no conditioner etc.
The coffee sachets were so cheap..:(
