白樺湖が眼下に見えるロケーションでした。 朝夕食付でも、とてもリーズナブルでした。
部屋内に電気ケトルがあれば良かったです。

急な夕食対応をしていただけたので助かりました。チェックインの時に、まだ夕食を食べていないと伝えると近場にレストランがないからと。すぐに食堂での食事対応があり、お腹いっぱい食べられました。
室内の環境として、テレビがネット対応できないタイプで、地方局しか入りません。 デスクなどが無く、ベッドのみでした。アメニティも不足しています。

スタッフさんの動きが良く、食事などの総合的な無駄のない動きが良かったです。バイキング料理の種類も豊富でした。
お風呂の蛇口が老朽化してました。お湯の出の悪い蛇口🚰がありました。
