Great location 5 minutes walk from the main square. Decent breakfast. Helpful staff. The laundry service was very handy

Strange smell came out of the bathroom drains, which came into the room if the bathroom door was left open.

This hotel is easy to reach by car from railway station or airport.
It's about 5 - 10 minutes by foot to the main historical attractions of Bukhara.
The rooms are well cleaned, fresh bed clothes and towels.
The guy at the front desk spoke very little english.
Many things in the room and the bath room was broken or did not work, e.g the fridge in my room.
No water boiler and tea in my room and bottles of drinking water are s o l d at the reception!
Breakfast was a bit limited compared to other 2-star hotels in Uzbekistan.
I would say that this is not a "Boutique" hotel, but a quite ordinary 2-star establishment in the lower level of this segment.
There is room for many improvements.
